These are after and before pics of my demo model from the Design The Look - Level 1 class that I just taught at the L'Oreal Professionnel Soho Studio & my salon. I cut her hair using a concave layering pattern, with layers around the face and a classic bang. Using the balayage technique, I placed lots of lowlights in a warm chocolate brown by Inoa and cognac highlights using Platinium lightener. People often use the hollidays as an excuse for gluttony. You can still enjoy your meals just as much and feel much better afterward, by eating more mindfully. Remember that the brain takes about 20 minutes to catch up with your stomach. This is why it's so easy to over-eat to the point where you feel sick later.
