People often use the hollidays as an excuse for gluttony. You can still enjoy your meals just as much and feel much better afterward, by eating more mindfully. Remember that the brain takes about 20 minutes to catch up with your stomach. This is why it's so easy to over-eat to the point where you feel sick later. Simply slowing down while eating will greatly help you to control your portion size. You can still eat all your favorite foods, just less of them.
