Post chemo hair needs help

I am 9 months out from finishing chemotherapy for Breast Cancer. In some areas my hair maybe is 3 inches and in other areas it is 2 - 2 1/2 inches. In some areas my hair is soft and has a slight wave and in other areas it is coarse and curly. Not sure how to manage it. I want it to grow out. Any suggestions on products?

Is their a combination sunscreen and moisturizer without heavy odor?
