Eva, I'm looking for a referral to a colorist is Wisconsin, I live in the Green Bay area - not really concerned if I have to drive...Milwaukee, Madison - anywhere for a phenominal colorist! My stylist is incredible, but he uses Redken color. The highlights get "brassy" on me quickly, and the semi-permanent "shades" line stays in my hair less than a week.
