1. My dermatologist gave me Renova prescription for fine lines. I have some on my upper lip (I am 48) and I have been applying there. After googling this product, I found out that I shouldn't be applying there and that I should not be using  Nair-like hair removers? Any suggestions on if I should stop applying there and/or any other ways to remove hair on lip?

have threading done--no pulling or stretching of skin--less wrinkle problem
Thank you!
Hi Diana,
Thank you so much for writing us at the forum. Renova is an excellent product to soften fine lines, fade freckles or discolorations and even out the over all texture of the skin. It does create a sensitivity to sun exposure and waxing. Be sure to use sunscreen on your face, at least 30 SPF during the day and never have any facial area waxed. Threading or tweezing would the safest way to remove hair from the eyebrow and upper lip area. After tweezing/threading I suggest using a calming cream like Yon Ka Creme 11.
Hope this is helpful!
Best,
Vinnetta
Thank you very much!
