I notice my eye lids are puffy when I indulge in alcohol or salty foods. Do you have any suggestions for reducing the puffiness when I overendulge?

I'm sensitive to sodium myself, so I have tried to reduce the salt content in my diet. For example, when in restaurants, I ask not to have extra salt on my food at the end of its preparations (restaurants often throw an additional pinch of salt on your food just before it comes out). The most lethal is alcohol and sodium, and you have to do less of one or the other during a meal, to be able to enjoy both. Also, drinking two classes of water for every alcoholic beverage is helpful. As much as possible, use natural sea salt rather than white table salt. Sea salt is much better for you and doesn't cause you to retain as much fluid. Hope this helps.
