Hi, Eva. I have fine hair, but lots of it. My hair is naturally curly, but the curl comes out easily. I currently have keratin treatment on it. I have had three in the past 15 months, and wear my hair either straight (blown out) or wavy (natural). I am growing it out and have had layers added as it has grown.
While listening to your show (which I love!), I have heard you talk about having a good foundation and building layers from the bottom up. How would I describe to my stylist what to do?
She is great and does an awesome job, but I feel like some of the layers are too short and have lost some of the fullness.
Any advice is great!
Thanks.

This is a great question but the answer is more involved for this forum. The first chapter in my book is on hair cutting, and it covers this subject of layers in-depth. There are even illustrations that will help you to better communicate with your stylist on this subject. Please let me know what you think after reading it.
Best
