Eyeliner that stays put

Hi! Any suggestions for an eyeliner that doesn't run, smear or smudge by afternoon? I use primer and have tried pencils & powder liner with water/brush.

I love the new T. LECLERC NOIL EYELINER PEN. We have not put it on our website yet, so if you'd like, you can order their eyeliner which is the same price, and just make a note in your order to send you the pen instead.

i love bobbi brown eyeliner eye gel. does not budge once it is one.
