Cleaning make-up brushes

What is the best way to clean make-up brushes and how often should you do it?

Hi Brooke,

I personally like to clean mine every 2 weeks. I take a natural shampoo with warm water and clean every single brush separately. I use just a touch of my favorite shampoo Rahua, it is paraben-free 100% Organic line that I love. Creating a foam in my hand I wipe each brush clockwise and then rinse it clean with warm water. I lay them out and make sure the bristles are laying uniform. Let them air dry over night. Thanks so much for writing in!
