I have tried many shower gels/foams with my loofa sponge and my body is always dry and flakey. How often should you exfoliate with a scrub and what is a good moisturizer wash in between exfoliation for the shower?
Thank you.

If your skin is always dry and flaky, try applying light layer of a moisturizing body oil before showering. This will help guard against the hot water dehydrating your skin. Something as basic as Johnson & Johnson body oil can be used. You can exfoliate your body 2 to 3 times per week, and if you use the oil you won't need to moisturize as much and just use regular soap. Let me know if this helps!

Hey, I was facing the same problem during winter. You should apply a herbal body oil after shower. It worked for me.

For the dray skin we can use tap water when cleansing dry skin. Every morning before bath we can use olive oil, rose water and honey also for dray skin......we can take also milk bath with in a week.....
compound a formulation : 50 %WSP and 50 % liquid parafin. use it. is best for dryness after shower
